Post Your Unpacking Pictures

I can not believe this, my first order is coming today and what does my boss do? He schedules a meeting from 3 to 4. Ouch. That means the earliest I can get home is 5, if the meeting is done at 4!

And add another notch for great customer service on behalf of AG's own Meghan.

I really love this towel. I was going to buy another one, just so I can have a spare.

But decided to go with Microfiber Madness - Dry Me Crazy for experimental purposes.

I like the blotting method with this towel. Alongside a drying aid.

I do a lot of rinseless washes on my personal truck. It never gets very dirty. I wanted to try this towel out per recommendation of another member.

Got all kinds of goodies today. That's a bottle of OPC hiding behind the UC/UP. Really excited to try that out, it's my first bottle. I got a sample of Advanced Finishing Polish I'm looking forward to trying as well! Looks like AGO threw in a couple of small white towels too. Thanks! :)

Yes, I even paid extra to get a signed copy.
Now it's time to start reading a making a list for my next order.:dblthumb2:

Congrats on the book purchase Chris. It has a lot of information in it and will help you better understand what is going on and how to apply the new found knowledge.

I paid extra for a signed copy as well.

Me too. Love both books by Mike very very imformative!

smack- Thank you, I am hoping it rains this weekend so I can read the book .

mikesal57- I know it takes 2 buckets for a car wash, so what do you use the extra buckets for?

First, thanks AG for the awesome "free gift". Nobody else does this And I really appreciate it. The "free gift" was good stuff I will use:

The Pinnacle waterless in the "free gift" is the concentrate (not the pre-mix), enough to make FOUR GALLONS of waterless wash. What's great is, this is the WW I use, so I will actually use it. I will add it to my collection of Pinnacle WW/RW:

I don't buy non concentrated wheel cleaner, just because my wheels don't get that dirty and the Chemical Guys Sticky Wheel Cleaner comes concentrated and is a great buy. I'm looking forward to comparing the WG Tire & Wheel cleaner to the CG concentrated stuff.

Thanks again for the free gift!

Now, for what I've really been waiting for:

Looking forward to using the Rupes!

My initial impression is the machine seems to be built "tighter" than I expected. I'm thinking of those Italian made Fiats in the 70's where "Fix It Again Tony" was an example of Italian craftsmanship.

The machine just seems solid and well built. Italy may have came a long way since then! The plastic seems tight and everything fits together well. Spinning the BP the large orbit is quickly evident.

The Rupes pads seem well built and are well cut, but the foam is firmer than I would expect compared to other pads. The Velcro seems well glued, no marginal edges.

Anyway, looking forward to trying this machine!

My second AG order is sitting on my doorstep and I am stuck at work until 4:15 :-(

Tomorrow I am detailing my sisters Ford Focus. It's a 2006 and has never been waxed to my knowledge.
