Where's the rupes?!
Its coming. I couldn't pass the price up on the Griots plus I wanted to try it out. My PC is the older 3.7 amp DA. Had a couple corrections possibly coming up.

You're not gonna need the GG6 if you have the rupes. Unless you put a smaller bp on it.
you can still use the GG6 with a carpet brush attachment for carpets, etc. i would always keep at least one traditional style DA on hand. not to mention it could be a back-up as well...

How can you polish anything under 5.5" in diameter with a Rupes? This includes pillars, bumpers, panels broken up by cladding, headlights, tail lights, rear view mirrors, etc...
What Rupes needs now is an electric 3" DA mini like the Griots 3" with a large throw. There isn't a ton of guys out there set up with an air compressor for their air model. I'm sure its great, but most hobbyists just won't invest in the set up to run a 3" air machine when there are electric alternatives.
FINALLY!
