It's made by Tumi. It's called "Envelope for iPad".
It's not listed on the Tumi site anymore... I think it got discontinued... but you can still find places that have inventory of it.

Thanks Mike - gave it a trial run yesterday evening and can't say that I was jumping up and down about it, however the panel I tried it on was still a bit warm. I'll give it another shot soon.

I just bought 10 of the 4 inch flat ones from detailed image also. Cant understand why AG doesn't carry them.

Son1c sent my some waxes to test that are in the works:
These appear to be harder waxes. One has polymers. I haven't used them yet, they smell nice - kind of like berries.
I will be splitting a hood in half and testing these against Collinite 915 in a few weeks or so.
