I've wondered how their leather cleaner and conditioner are. Let me know if you like them!

Hey, Nice 'jump'! Hope to read around regarding your adventure tales with a rotary.

I'm leaning towards ordering one...

Kind Regards.

Nice James!

Nice order Michael!! Which pads will you be using on the PE? Hydro techs?
I have 5.5" B&S Orange, B&S Green and LC Crimson.

Any recs for a starting point on soft to med paints? I understand that 1-stepping with a rotary is quite challenging, but that's the eventual goal.

Michael, getting to a one step correction with a rotary and flawless results will be quite challenging but not impossible.

I would equip the PE14 with the 5" flex foam bp pictured and a polishing pad such as the green B&S and SPF, Menzerna PF2500, or another high quality DAT based product.

Technique is really going to be key and working surgically clean as equally important. You will want to ease up on pressure much sooner than normal and use just the weight of the machine for the last 2-3 passes.

I forgot to add to cut your speed back to 600 for the last 1-2 passes with less than the weight of the machine to finish out with. I other words I would pull up just a tad on the machine to finish out with.

Got my Merry Waxmas duo today!

Also, hot some 2000 and 3000 grit sandpaper, tire coating brush applicators, and some Wolf's jeweling polish... Figured I'd give it a try. I have Menzerna 4000, but couldn't rationalize buying 32oz of 4500.

Post up your thoughts on the wolfs polish. Was interested in that one.

Some mf tech shaggy dogs. I like this towel so far. Plush but not overly huge that it feels hard to control. May have to order more.

I used the Shaggy Dogs for the first time yesterday. I'm curious the see what you think of them. Against my better judgement, I used the to QD my clean car (Sonax Brilliant Shine). I say "against my better judgement", because I've never found anything that works as well as a 16x24" waffle weave for this purpose.

However, they weren't bad. Maybe a little grabby. While they are nice edgeless towels - they ain't no Crazy Pile.

Have those stickers in my wish list. Will be placing another order after Christmas. They are neat stickers, should go well with my new wash buckets.
