Good call! It is mandatory!

It’s gray… I actually wanted to get a white 1 but that particular tent was different brand and slightly different style with flaws. [i.e. it wasn’t geared for 1 man setup, etc]

I got this tent for $95 bucks. Every other color including white in this brand was $111 so I went with the gray. Reason I wanted white was of course because of the heat factor and white being always staying the coolest.

As far as holding the tent down in place, 1 gallon jugs of water taped to each leg would work, right? It might look El Cheapo but it would work. I’m going to see how much those sandbags actually weigh.

Calibrating those meters is easy what are you talking about? Lol. Calibrate it. I’m curious to see how accurate it is compared to your expensive meter. I’ve got a cheap meter that calibrates using those same plates and I trust it. Do it for science.

Once you calibrate it once it should be set for life. At least mine seems to be.

So that would mean each sandbag should weigh 12lbs. give or take? Thanks.

vs ~8.3 lbs for a gallon of water. I've seen water filled weights as well. Not sure how much they held tho.

More like the unorganized version. I may or may not have 70-100 unused MF sitting in reserves of the 30-40 I have in rotation…

My AliExpress junk. I like the sponge and the $ was right. Like $10 And the meter was only $12. But wouldn't trust it, since it was a fail compared to my NEXPTG that one hit's the tests 100% with the test plates. This cheapo can be calibratedView attachment 76838View attachment 76839 but it would take the develoer to do it. The instructions sucked! The other package on left is a TRI-FLIP interior towel from the Autofiber (Towel of the month club).
No supprise I really have be loving this sponge. View attachment 76840

Ammo NYC just said that the cheapest paint gauge you should use is around $90-100 dollars. Can you please calibrate your cheap gauge so you can prove him wrong. Lol.

Saturdays fun...something will be going under the knife lol
