I love those yellow wool pads, have you used them before?

I have, I first got some from Kevin Brown a few years ago at his suggestion

Great on soft Toyota paint

That really seems counterintuitive, wool on soft paint.

It really does but however they prepare the wool it works

Sandro on Carcraft has had those pads save the day on numerous occasions on Lexus and other soft paints

They are great for a 1 step

Bought a 50’ Flexzilla and some swivel fittings to try out

I’m going to keep looking out for the 60’ Adams hose

The males and females fit each other nicely but genuine MTM males are a super tight fit in these females and took 3 hands and every swear word I know to get back apart

I need several of you guys to come over and kick my a$$ if I ever buy third world crap again

A friend of mine likes to say "You don't always get what you pay for, but you always pay for what you get".

Glad you were finally able to pry them apart, that sucks.

Some things in life are buy once cry once. The up front cost stings but long term it's worth the investment.

I need to replace the male and female QD's on my pressure washer. It's gotten quite hard to take off my hose from the pressure washer male connection. I think I bought the male end at Home Depot or Lowes, but I think I'll take my own advice and buy MTM this time around. Lesson learned. They lasted 3+ years so it's not as if they were total junk.

My dad always said that we were too poor to do it twice, so do it right the first time and 99% of the time I have lived by that rule

That’s why I ordered that heavier hose and Mosmatic stainless steel swivel to begin with

I’m bummed they didn’t work out for me

Trying to find good quality stainless fittings for the M22 hoses is frustrating and I ordered what I could find

The hose will work fine as is, but the fittings are going back

When I finally buy a hose with 3/8 NPT ends I’ll get good swivels and be set

I think the Hyper Foam works well but in my opinion the foamer/sprayer is one of the worst I have seen and I end up wasting almost as much product as I use

Yeah, the sprayer isn't great. I use it mainly as a tyre prep, I rate it as only OK on wheels. I used to spray the whole sidewall and then scrub, but I ended up going through a lot of it because the FJ has massive sidewalls. Then I saw a video by Don M where he recommended only doing I think it was 3 or 4 sprays per tyre, then spread it out with the brush before scrubbing. On the FJ I do about 5 equally spaced sprays per tyre, as there is a lot of rubber to cover, before scrubbing, then rinsing. But I still need to do each tyre 2 or 3 times before I see a noticeable reduction in the brown. But Don's method has saved me on product.

New garden hose. Old expandable one finally took a dump on me.

I saw Klasse Act speak highly of this product so I thought I'd give it a go. I might do a little comparison with the other TW graphene tire product, duragloss 253, and maybe meg's hyper dressing or meg's M40. My commute to work and back is 160 miles so the products will definitely be put through their paces.

ordered a new digital tire pressure gauge. it not only measures full and half numbers, but down to the last digit (example 32.7 instead of 32.5 or 33 psi, etc.) and a battery brush as well. never know when it will come in handy...

A little mid week re-stock, along with some new products to try.

The Gyeon Quick Detailer and 3D Bead It Up are new to me, both of which I'm looking forward to trying.

The new TRC Ultra Wool Mitt are new on the market, released at TRCMA earlier this year. These are aimed at wheel cleaning, their size making them ideal for more intricate wheel designs.

My customer’s order arrived today. I have faith that this one will actually maintain his ceramic coating with all of these goodies.
