I want to put on two coats of WDGPS--do I have to wait 12 hours for each coat to cure or just the time needed for each coat to haze and then let both coats cure for 12 hours? I plan two coats to ensure complete coverage. Thanks for any feedback.

I believe some do a second coat right away. If I am doing a detail for someone, I will let the coat cure, while I work around other parts of the vehicle ( interior, dress wheels and tires, etc) and in about 2 hours, I might top it with a wax. Never had any problems.

I stand corrected sir! Thank you!

Is it not ok that I top with a Wax 2 hours after I have removed the DGPS from the vehicle?

Thank you
;)

You need to let DGPS cure for at least 12 hours before topping with anything. :)

The polymers need oxygen to crosslink for maximum durability so you shouldn't get it wet during the curing time either...

It's not like it'll fall off the car if you don't allow it to cure properly but maybe it won't last as long.

Sounds like an experiment!

one side of a test panel with WGDGPS allowed to cure 12 hours, the other side WGDGPS plus Souveran right after. After 3 weeks of washing weekly, maybe a touchless thrown in the mix (Souveran should be gone) check the beading and sheeting characteristics btw the side with the sealant that was allowed to cure versus the other side that was not...
