30%~50%what % ipa is in eraser?
30%~50%
So you're saying your not sure how much is really in it? 20% is kind of a big difference in only a 16oz product.
For me, yes.Well Mark,is that too much IPA for ya?
Exactly, D.20% is kind of a big difference in only a 16oz product.
I don't use IPA for paint but y would someone spend so much on this product when they can go to a local store and buy some IPA and mix it with water for 90-95% less money?
:laughing:Why is this product so expensive then? IPA is very cheap. Is there a small jewel at the bottom of each bottle?
I was thinking the same thing then I got to thinking about how much people pay for bottled water. Its really not that much considering the manufacturing process, bottles, labels, so on and so on.
Hi Guys
thanks for the comments .. another property that Eraser has is anti static effect,
a temporary nano substrate that will make less dust attracted to the surface.
this is something unique that in this oil cleaner market i think we are the only one who show.
eraser made mainly for pre cquartz coating..since many customers asked us for universal cleaner to get best sure oil removing for cquartz(instead of ipa/Fairy we recommended before).
Eraser will be very good for post polishing as well, in between polishing.. fillers removing, gloss checking, holograms removing.. etc..and also very good glass cleaner too !
any questions are welcome.
I sure hope Avi knows his product! Thanks, Avi, for the info and the "any questions are welcome" invitation!
-What gives this product its anti-static effects?
-Is it a low VOC version of SPS/SSMA products?
-How long (time period) is this temporay nano substrate effective?
-Does this product contain surfactants to enhance oil removing/dissolving (by oils, I assume you mean, from compounds/polishes) and any "fillers" used in them that could be left behind on a vehicle's surfaces?
-If so, how can any "remains" of these sufactants, if any, be removed?
-You say your product has fragrance. Aren't most fragrances oil extracts? How, then, would any "remains", if any, of these fragrance oils be removed...or is something "left behind"?
-Doesn't most 'glass cleaners' have IPA in them?
-Isn't being an anti-static...one of IPA's characteristics?
-Is this product to be used solely for pre-CQuartz?
-Does one have to be a dealer/re-seller to obtain the true MSDS for this Erasure product?
Thanks in advance for any info that you may be able to share.
Bob
Thanks, Avi, for the info and the "any questions are welcome" invitation!
-What gives this product its anti-static effects? a special component we use inside the formula
-Is it a low VOC version of SPS/SSMA products? yes, since its not strong concentration of ipa.
-How long (time period) is this temporay nano substrate effective?you need to understand, its a cleaner product, not a coat.. temporary means maximum of 1 day , since you probably need to use LSP anyway after
-Does this product contain surfactants to enhance oil removing/dissolving (by oils, I assume you mean, from compounds/polishes) and any "fillers" used in them that could be left behind on a vehicle's surfaces?no, nothing like surfactant or citrus oils , and ofcourse no fillers!! the whole opposite, it made to remove fillers from surface.
-If so, how can any "remains" of these sufactants, if any, be removed?see above answer
-You say your product has fragrance. Aren't most fragrances oil extracts? How, then, would any "remains", if any, of these fragrance oils be removed...or is something "left behind"?the fragrance is less than 1% and not oil extracted, it will evaporate while spraying, your car surface wont smell , its mostly for friendly usage purposes .
-Doesn't most 'glass cleaners' have IPA in them? yes , maybe... im not much into glass cleaner products, but ipa is good contaminant "lifter" , pretty safe to use on most surfaces , pure ipa can damage rubbers if its too long in contact with. but beside this its pretty safe alcohol to use.
-Isn't being an anti-static...one of IPA's characteristics? im not sure about that , will check it out.
-Is this product to be used solely for pre-CQuartz?no, ofcourse not, for any detailing work, during/post polish as well. great inspection tool.
-Does one have to be a dealer/re-seller to obtain the true MSDS for this Erasure product?what do you mean the true MSDS ?? you think other customers has different info?? any producer will not reveal his exact formula if thats what you mean.
msds made for the safety procedure needed. if you need the msds you can send me mail..and ill send you a copy
Thanks in advance for any info that you may be able to share.

see my red answers bellow
What nationality are you?No worry mate,
ill check about the anti static of ipa as well, its now interesting me as well.:xyxthumbs:

Why do you say "probably" need to use LSP, Avi?
Let's say I've got a surface coated with CQuartz and I use Eraser over it.... will Eraser remove the CQuartz?
I don't think it would but it's a good question.
