No, they have had them outside for a few years. They did shut it down while the Palazzo was being built.

I would love to go but it's just not possible this year. Got a call last night from the guy working on my car, my trans is going to cost $2,100 to rebuild or I can buy a fully race built trans for $2,800.
On a positive note, hope everyone enjoys their time in Vegas and at SEMA!!! :dblthumb2:

doing a room at circus circus and have plans to visit "Todi" for sushi!
havent been to sema since 2005 and havent been to vegas since 2008.
will be nice to return!

The Autogeek SEMA Team arrives to the Vega airport on Saturday around 7:00pm
So after we arrive to the Venetian Hotel and get settled in our rooms we're going to meet at the Taqueria Canonita for dinner and refreshments.

In this picture I've marked where we try to put together tables for our group. If this area is open then that's where we'll be.
Because their food is so good this has also become a default gathering place before or after other events.
So if you're going to be in Vegas on Saturday night find the TCR and meet up with us...

I've been invited to attend the SEMA Banquet and Awards Ceremony Thursday night with Dennis Gage, an opportunity I'm thrilled to accept so I'll stop by the TCR afterwards to see if anyone is hanging out and say hi but morning comes early in Vegas so since it will be late I won't be able to stay long, at least on Thursday night.
Cool. Looking forward to seeing you.

about time i meet you in person mike. hope to one day make it to florida for a class.
i know its crazy work for everyeone with autogeek, but have to ask if there is another night that we should schedule, maybe wednesday or thursday night, that we can all meet and eat?
Wynn is close and has several nice places to eat... but i'm open to adventure!
