Good luck my friend.... Whenever I say I am going to go detail a car my girlfriend looks at me like I just shot her mom.
 
I am thinking I need to make a new section on the forum for you guys! :laughing: Only bad thing is we really do not get a lot of female visitors here so it might take a while Mark!
 
Good luck Mark!! I too am single and looking for a nice lady who likes to detail cars. They are few and far between. Figure it can't hurt to jump on the "looking for a detailing goddess" band wagon though. :dblthumb2:
 
WOW thanks guys so needed the laughs. You'll are funny. Though imagine the looks I get when I tell a guy that I not only perform the work, but this female actually owns the car detailing business.

Needless to say I spend more time explaining that I grew up in a racing garage, but I am definately all woman.

Disclaimer: Even though these ladies aren't "detailers" as defined on this forum, they do pay close attention to the "details".


Have you ever considered taking your knowledge, and skill, of detailing products and processes to one of your local "Gentlemen's Clubs" ??

I'm sure the ladies there would show their appreciation of having shiny, scratch-free poles for their performances. Your reputation of creating swirl-free surfaces, would also be very beneficial, as part of their floor 'exercizes', IMO.

But...I'm not really sure of your ability to create stretch-mark-free surfaces, though. Just a thought: Is this where glazes, and their 'filling' attributes, could come into play??

Also....You won't have to worry about using silicone-free products either.

As always....My best intentions. :)


Note: Hang in there Mark....You WILL find the perfect match....

Good luck dude and do not rush things, I rushed into a marraiage once and paid for it for 21 years!
 
Be careful what you ask for !

I used to long for a motocycle partner to go riding with and thought I found my perfect date, a ride in the country then lunch.

Well turned out we both had very different ways of riding and different bikes.

I couldnt keep up without feeling like it was dangerous. What I thought was going to be a relaxing motorcycle ride in the country turned out to be very stressful and my date kept having to stop and wait for me :oWasnt exactly fun for either of us!

After that I wasnt looking for anymore motorcycle partners and really enjoyed my rides in the country ,ALONE!!!:D

I love to ride with people but I always get pissed if they aren't just like me in my riding style lol I feel your pain!

Yep, it was frustrating for the both of us!!

I wanted to have fun not end up in the hospital!

I can imagine detailing could go the same way if your styles are too different!

Don't date a girl who works at a high volume delership hack detail shop ;)
 
Mark, you will find that detailing girl one day.

It will be so much fun to WAX ON-WAX OFF together.......
