General dilution for Optimum Power Clean is 3:1 and this seems to work on just about everything. I'd try some diluted at 3:1 and if you need something a bit stronger try some full strength and see if it works better...

For all purpose cleaners regular tap water is fine. :props:

How well does OPC foam?

I have a gallon of the original formula Ive been waiting to use. Trying to use up what I have first.

I feel that foaming up a product makes it stick better. I poured some purple power into my empty A2Z bottle and it didnt really foam.

Hoping to get a real foam sprayer if it foams well.

Whataya guys think?

OPC foams coming out of normal bottles on me. I use OPC 5:1 on tires and it works just fine. That is with the old formula.

It does not foam on wheels when agitated, hence, why I use P21S gel. OPC will clean wheels very well, but I prefer a foaming wheel cleaner when agitated.

Just tried it with a foam sprayer. It does foam well that way but it is not a really clinging foam, at least on a bathroom sink. Already finished my car today but worth experimenting on wheels this week.

I have yet to try OPC but from readings I see a lot 3:1 and some 4:1

I use OPC(New Formula)@ 5:1 on tires/wheels and it works well.Definitely my product of choice for tire cleaning.

I can get OPC to foam up on tires (3:1) but never does on wheels like Mark said. Add a little OCW to your OPC spray bottle and you will have foam and will "cling" longer.

Thx for ur replies so how do i knw if i have the "new forumula" or not? my bottle looks like this:

I agree...3:1 works well for tires and wheels. I've also used it full strength and doesn't seem to harm the tires or wheels.

Oh...btw...I'm so much of a fan I bought a gallon of it for the winter.

It would have a new formula sticker on the front.

I use it full strength on tires all the time. :props:

Not too harsh but no fruity pleasing smell.

Would it be harmful if I don't rinse if off with a stream of water? I know it doesn't need to be rinsed off when used for the interior (leather/vinyl), but for wheels and tires, it says to rinse off. Would using water in a spray bottle be enough as far as rinsing off wheels and tires?

Thanks.
