Favorite Chemical Guys Product(s)?

I've used the stripper scent, their leather conditioner and some of their MF's. I like them all. The leather conditioner does a good job and has a sterile, clean leathery smell. And the stripper scent has a funny premise and a great smell.

I don't use it anymore, but that's what Paul from CG said to use it at. I tried it at 1:1 and it left drip marks. I think 4:1 would probably be good all around.

can both be used as maintenance wash's at the correct dilution.

wash and gloss adds gloss,

wash and clear does not add gloss.

wash and gloss is not PH neutral at maintenance diltuion although it will minimize wax deterioration.

wash and clear IS PH Neutral at maintenance dilution and will preserve wax better than washngloss.

Both product will strip wax at 2oz per gallon dilution ratio.

I am curious how does Maxi-Suds II SUPER SUDS SHAMPOO Superior Surface Shampoo or Glossworkz work into the mix? So many overlapping shampoos:buffing:

Nice to know! So 6:1? Hmm...

I was not able to get my review together tonight but should have it ready tomorrow. I drove home (150 miles) to try out a new rinseless wash and should have a basic review put together tomorrow as well. Time to go back to bed, have to get up in 4 hours to drive back to work (150 miles).
 
I just placed an order and I got: Black Light, V7 Optical, Citrus Wash (Red), Bug Bugger, and Extreme VRP. I will let everyone know how I like the products after I use them, and thanks for everyones suggestions.
 
Anyone have good experience's with the V series polishes? Im looking for more info on the V34 specifically.

I tried the glass cleaner (the red with the promograte scent). It seems to work ok but it does not have much (if any) alcohol (similar to DP's glass cleaner) so it has a slightly longer wipe off process.

You'll be happy with the BL, V7 and Citrus W&G.

Curious, how will you decide when to use the Glossworkz Glaze rather than the Black Light?

Also, lmk how you like the Honeydew and Synthetic Detailer - after you had a chance to play with them a bit. I've had my eye on both.
 
Actually the Glossworkz Glaze, BL, and V7, have been dubbed the "Unholy Trinity". I would use all 3 together. I believe the Glossworkz has more filling capabilities than the BL.

the honeydew i wont be using right away, i do not currently have a pressure washer.

I read the "Unholy Trinity" discussion - good point.

Btw, did you order the GW Glaze directly from CG in Calif.? It doesn't seem so easy to come by.

I have EZ Creme Glaze II under Wet Diamond but plan to re-do it with EZ Creme + BL + V7 in a few weeks to see how it works out. EZ Creme may not fill as much as GW Glaze, but I bet the two products have a lot of overlap.
 
just opened a box at my door, yup...V7 and Black Light baby! Cant wait to try it out soon
