Blackfire Crystal Seal - The 11 Minute Paint Sealant

on windows does this stuff become as good as an water repealant?

It sure does, but like Francis said, avoid glass cleaners and stick with quick detail sprays when cleaning the treated glass. This will ensure maximum durability from the sealant. :dblthumb2:

just used this on my 2012 edge sport, this stuff is awesome...

Sweet ride! Pull it out in the sun and grab some pictures. :D

So I got my first bottle in the mail today and the only question I have is how many sprays per panel? You can't see this stuff when u wipe it on. I just want to make sure I cover the entire panel. Also, any idea on how many sprays equals 1 ounce? Thanks

I have no idea how many sprays per ounce, but if you want to ensure you cover the entire panel, focus on methodical technique, and you also can feel with the WOWA's where you've been and where you haven't. Doesn't really hurt to go back over spots you've already done, plus it does need IMO to be "wiped in" so just keep going over the panel in a methodical way until the applicator glides over the whole thing...if that makes any sense.

Blackfire Crystal Seal is hyper-concentrated and the phrase thin is in cannot be stressed enough with this particular spray sealant. One ounce is more than enough to protect and enhance four to five vehicles. For most vehicles one spray per panel is all that’s required. A hood, for example, would require two sprays. Blackfire Crystal Seal should never be applied to a hot panel in direct sunlight.

Thanks for the responses. I got an idea of how much one spray covers as I did my front winshield last night and could see it cover the untouched glass. This stuff is truly amazing

I have a car with XPEL clear bra on it. Should I avoid touching that with the Crystal Seal or is it OK?

What's the cure time on this product. I read that upgp is 12 hours. Is it about the same

Crystal Seal cures within an hour or two of being applied. It does not require 12 hours.

Thats what i have on mine, except mine is CG Wet mirror glaze, BFWDPS, BFMS. I am considering buying this to top it with since its so easy and it may help with durability. Even if it doesnt, then its gonna help coat everything else on my car

just tried this product and I am very impressed. Works as advertised and a piece of cake to work with.

I also have this on my truck and wifes car and love the protection and beading ability so far. To really make it pop, follow it with BF poly spray.

Nick you should send me some to try out on your TSX

The BFCS sounds like a winner, but I do have a noob question...what the heck does WOWA mean?
Wipe On With Applicator?
