Favorite Car Song?

Not strictly a car song but this is one of my favorites:

The Heat is On -- Glenn Frey

After you see the opening scene of Beverly Hills Cop with the Semi pulling two trailers thru a downtown it's hard not to love this song.

Not really car songs, but Ted Nugent's Stranglehold and Out of Limits by the Marketts always make me wanna take my baby out and go for a night time drive!

I LOVE THAT SONG:dblthumb2: Believe it or not, Sugar Ray has a great driving song called "Mean Machine" where they sample that song, very cool but watch your speedo while playing that song, it really gets you going!
 
I always wondered if there was an alternative meaning to the "Summer of 69" especially since Bryan Adams would have been at best a kid in 1969.
Possibly the Summer of Oral $&*
 
I will probably date myself here (it's ok...i'm a cheap date, 12 beers, ESPN sportscenter, a cuban cigar and pass out til noon) but my 2 all time favorite driving songs are:

Lazy by Deep Purple and,

Tempus Fugit by Yes.
 
Danger Zone/Kenny Logins for me. Always vulnerable to a speeding ticket when this comes on.

When I'm driving and hear these songs, it turns the clock back about 30 years on my driving habits.
 
Without a doubt, the ZZ Top "legs" video, featuring the eliminator coupe ( and all those fine legs)
 
Check out "Drums and Bass" if your driving a twisty road and your listening to Pandora, you'll thank me later! Not every song is great but most are pretty good and put you in the Forza4 or GT5 mood!

This OLD man's favorite driving song by AC/DC ...Highway to Hell followed by their Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap. It makes the right foot get awful heavy at times. lol.
