I was looking for a good detailing spray and was getting ready to purchase the"Basics of Bling" spray and then noticed they had two other detailing sprays. So which one have you all tried and is a true quick detailer. Thank you

quick detailers are out.

Get a waterless concentrate like UWW+ or BF waterless and make your own QD. Much more economical...

I was just thinking about using ONR as a QD. Do many people do that?

old version is not good as a QD (lacks slickness and gloss), maybe the new version though...

I agree. Detail sprays have long since taken a back seat to spray waxes , sealants , and waterless washes....especially the expensive DJ brand detail sprays. If you are intent on DJ then red mist tropical is the only one I'd consider.

Anything will work. I just didnt want to waste my spray waxes

I wouldn't use a spraywax as a QD however as sometimes there is a need to clean which a spraywax was not designed to do.

I don't believe you are implying that V2 is bad at QD strength. While V3 is new this is my V2 approach.

ONR V2 @ QD Strength + OCW works wonders for me. 30-40 min. and my car is clean, glossy and slick enough.

does V2 or V3 at QD strength also make it an all-purpose-cleaner? I'd like to use it on windows and vinyl

yes but that slickness and gloss comes from the OCW, not the ONR v2 at QD dilution...

very mild cleaner, not really good for anything other than fingerprints and light dirt in a well cared for car imo...

Both Green and Red Dodo Juice products are Excellent...I use them both...green makes a great bug remover and anytime quick spray....the Red has protection in it and a nice gloss

Its not an AIO for sure but I have used it on some rough buildup near the wheel wells (on paint) and it worked fine, no marring even when I rubbed hard.

Windows should be ok, there's better for vinyl but it should work as a maintenance aid on seats and trim.

I use CG Luber as an excellent clay lube and quick detailer. Kill 2 birds with one stone! :dblthumb2:
