So... not trying to be a jerk or rude to AG Reps.
But today i received my package, and it happens to be the worst packaging i have ever experienced with all my AG Orders.

Usually they separate things into the brown bags.
But this time things are like just pretty much stuffed in the box and covered with peanuts.

I ordered 3 Meg Self clean bottles, 2 came to be all squashed and 1 of the cap is broken.
This is like my 4th time ordering these bottles, they have always packaged into 3 bottles in each brown bag, but this time it wasn't even in any bags and just shoved down into the peanuts.

Ordered a bottle of reload with the cap cracked and leaked everywhere, again it wasn't in any brown bag it was just shoved into the peanuts.

Im unsure what happened this time with the packaging... but it definitely dont seem right

A lot of shipping-related comments (to say the least) over the last several months. I am not making any judgements mind you, but clearly some things are waning on the quality curve.

does it say who filled it on the packing slip?

Yes i kept the paper lol, is a number.
I usually toss the paper away, but i kept it this time.

hopefully its not packer #12, that packer for some reason always packs my orders, and never had a problem..weird how i got the same packer each order though lol, its always better to call then post on the forum, dont know why people still do this call them up and it will be resolved quicker then sitting and waiting online.

I agree. Last time I had a bottle of Aerospace 303 spill out some product. I called, and left a message. Then all the sudden I got a shipping confirmation in my email for a new bottle being shipped. Never even had to speak to anyone directly, or at least who I was supposed to speak to which was Penny. She took care of it in minutes...literally.

I even had some photos to show just in case. Didn't need them. Excellent service...you know, when you call them and inform them of the issue that is, ha. :dblthumb2:

Just got my order today and I ordered 6 bottles. They came in 2 bags of three. The only problem I had with my order is that the Kwazar Sprayer that I ordered was used. Yes I said used, as still had some water or clear liquid in it.
I called AG and they just told me over the phone..."Sorry!" Nothing else, just "Sorry, they shouldn't come like that!" Not what I expected from them but I can only call and inform them of the problem. What they decide to do is up to them. I still love their products but customer service is somewhat lacking a little.

That might have been some fluid from testing the sprayer? I am not sure what kind of testing goes into those but I do know they are not cheap so I am sure quality control is pretty good.

If you buy a brand new dishwasher or clothes washer and tip the box over when you get it home, water will leak out of it because they test them at the factory.

This might have been the case with the sprayer and the fluid was still in the pick-up straw. This might not have been the case but I really do not think AG would sell you a used product. Not saying your lying but I am most positive it was not used.

...To the OP, call up Penny (not sure if she works weekends) or PM Meghan, they will take care of you. Trust me, they always have with me.

I would not have posted this! Instead I would have just called them and Autogeek will make things right. Their customer service is second to none and nobody needs to get in trouble or lose their job in this crap economy. Their customer service is top notch and I bet they will make things right with your order.

Im just frustrated lol, i always get my packages on a friday night.
Which they are close by the time i get it.
And i just wanted to share the experience...
im not bashing them or anything, just expressing something is going wrong

I'm sure AG will take care of you. I know this has been said many times around here but there is a reason people shopping at AG. The prices are competitive but their customer service is second to none. I've spoken to Nick - I believe - once about some polishing pads that got "de-laminated" and it was quickly taken care of. Sometimes these sorts of things happen.

I have to jump in on this one, I also got 6 kwazaars each one had a spritz of water in the sprayer. I think they are shipped that way, either they are tested at the factory or they put something in to lubricate the seals. I thought the same thing at first, but I doubt if all six of mine were used. They are awesome sprayers, if you buy six and get a decent discount, the price isn't that bad.

what can we all say -s##t happens . yes this makes you unhappy as it would anyone else . I wouldn't have started this thread though . yes someone from ag may see this and chime in and what's it gonna say ? please call or email me to take care of this . which is what you prob should have done to begin with . yes everyone may be out of the office , reg business hours .... , you just have to wait . I've had a few hiccups myself with a few orders , always got taken care, no questions asked . we all shop here for a reason and I'm sure you will continue to do so . so, sorry for your bad package, I'm sure you will get refunded, store credit , or replacement whatever you choose . now u can just order some more goodies to come along with your replacements . that should cheer ya up . if a next time , call or email to solve your issues , posting on the forum is not gonna fix nothing .

One thing Kwazar only ships wet due to testing second we only believe in shipping absolutely perfect packages so if yours is not please PM me your order number and I will contact you before I leave town.

I would have called AG instead of airing your dirty laundry on the forum. It sounds like it might even be your UPS guy or the UPS service center.

No issues with the order I received today,Picker 2,packer 8.I would contact them rather than post regarding any issues with orders!

Wow, company response at 10:34 AT NIGHT!! That's service. :dblthumb2:

:iagree:

It's because Meghan's very good and keeps a watchful eye on this forum in the event something's gone South for one of her customers.

Since dealing with Autogeek, I like many here have has a few issues but most of them have been the result of poor or sloppy handling by UPS. That's said, I have had a few issues due to mishaps during packing. One package in particular was damaged so severely that UPS just returned it to Autogeek.

Regardless of "who done it," I'll shoot an email to Autogeek's customer service and the problems taken care of professionally and expeditiously. The bottom line is; things occasionally happen..

Personally speaking, I hesitate to post any displeasure on an open forum because of all the drama and emotion that ensues. If I have an issue I'll take it directly to the folks that can do something about it...:props:

About 'wet' sprayers...

In a prior life I had to order custodial supplies for a large school district (41 buildings)...each and every sprayer we recieved had water in the heads.

As Megan said, testing.

This doesn't sound like a handler issue since they were packaged in peanuts. I would say somewhere between the manufacturer and AG. The cracked cap sounds like a manufacturer problem that the packer didn't see.
