Picked these up @the 99 cents store. Should come in handy for applying trim coating onto windshield cowls [in those tight areas around the wiper arms]

Dang! I'm hitting the local dollar store tomorrow for sure. Then again, I find the most random stuff in my garage cabinets and think of great uses for them! I do need that brush though, for my new MF pads…

At the 99 cent store by me they've got these microfiber noodle mitts again...

I use them for washing rocker panels, but the more I use them the more I see that there's absolutely nothing wrong with them. They're actually better than the typical noodle mitts because they don't get overly heavy while using them. Only a buck each!

Holy cow. And, yes, they're gonna be the same thing that is sold elsewhere. How big are they? Can't tell from the picture. It would be nice to have some quarter size ones rather than the big washing one.

Can you tell I'm procrastinating on cleaning windows? It's my own vic, so I can be lazy.:coolgleam:

Here it is side by side with the Gold Plush [you know which 1 it is I can't remember what it's called] lol.

I've only used that big 1 a couple times and it's been sealed up ever since, I don't like it. It gets too heavy while managing to not pick up much suds, plus it just drags on the paint. Those $1 mitts are light and quik.

I love the big yellow ones - I think mine are Megs, can't remember. Heck, for a dollar each, I could cut those up and sew new seams to make them any size I want. I knew there was a reason I had a sewing machine in the cabinet. Still procrastinating… It's such a beautiful day I can't help it.

Well havnt seen a topic about this so decidided to create it, My story starts with my sister inviting me to dollar tree (98 Cent store), usually I like to stay away from these kinds of stores because usually the merchandise is all 100%, however I did not have much to do so I went and was just browsing some of the isles and found the cleaning section and noticed this

Im sure it has a lot of uses like spreading wax:

Another thing that I saw was a window cleaning wand type of stuff (all cheap but alright microfiber) that regret not buying there and then.
I Also bought some 2litre spray bottles now I know 100% these things will not last me an eternity and will proablably break but for 1 dollar cant really say no.
Ill proablably will be visiting next week and see what else I find anyways if you have the money get the stuff from AG its more durable but if you have one of these store close its worth checking out.
Just to wrap it up what are your finds? trades? ETccc. Comment.Im the MAN:cruisin:

Dollar stores do have great deals sometimes. I just bought that tac light from tv at oceans state. the one they freeze in a block of ice and then run over with a truck. im going to use it for detailing it really is bright, def the brightest flashlight i have ever seen by far. i think it was 15 bucks

Five gallon paint buckets from Lowes or Home Depot. Same darn thing as what some folks would call a wash bucket. I guess that fancy insignia on the bucket makes it a wash bucket. If it can hold paint it sure as heck can hold soap and water for about $5 ea. and you can get gamma lids for them for another $8 each.

same price as the ones from advanced though where i live

For those who have an HEB which is a store here in Texas they have Mothers California Gold Carnauba Wash & Wax 64 oz. for $2.24 after coupon.

was at costco and picked up a box of the chevron fuel injection cleaner (6pk) and it's normally priced at $19.99 - 9.00 instant savings at the register brought it up to $10.99 + tax. not bad for around $1.83 a piece...
