Thinking about putting full length stripes on my '12 Mustang GT, what do you think? *PIC*

Vinyl is THE way to go IMO, if something get's chipped up, you peel and re-apply and there's no color matching, no downtime.....nothing. Sure, painted ones make detailing easier but its so much easier with vinyl and besides, today's vinyl is usually guaranteed for 7 years, well the quality stuff is anyways.

Looking forward to seeing the stripes Mark, have you thought about "GT350 style" rocker panel stripes too?

I've been driving without a front license plate for 15 years and have never been pulled over for that once. :knockonwood:

Just alerted the Cali 5-0. You're done now. In all seriousness I vote no stripes. Instead I vote for a CF hood and trunk.

Dont worry mark its only a $25 fix it ticket. I get one at least once a year. But its not so much the plate that catches the cops attention its my tint.

Yeah, vinyl for sure. I would never want any paint applied to my car other than OEM. If I ever got into an accident and that car was not totaled(have to re-paint), I'd sell the car. I'm VERY anal about only having OEM paint.

I haven't looked into the side stripes yet.

While the Stang looks good as it stands, I think the stripes make it look 10 times better! Gives the car more character for sure!
