The Post a Picture of Your Ride as it Sits Thread

If you remember my post from earlier,my wife recently had a wreck in her G8:

Got the car back late Friday!! It was overcast and rainy Friday, and we went straight home. Car looked awesome. Color match and shine was nice, and the new headlight capsules look great. It was rainy Saturday so we took another car of ours to keep from nastying her car up right off the bat. Got home after dark.

Finally got to see the car in the sun today. I wasn't even going to look just to ensure the rest of the weekend would be great. Wife couldn't wait so I had to look too.
Color match is great!

However, the dealership TOTALLY jacked this car up including the brand new paint on the new hood, fender, and fascia. Swirled and buffer burned all to heck. I had them repaint the spoiler due to the clear fading. Spoiler looks good, but they scratched the crap out of the trunk getting the spoiler off. My wife and I are MAD. This is inexcusable. Wife took some pictures, but they don't do the damage any justice. We will be at the dealership body shop first thing in the morning. I could make this better, but I didn't screw it up. This is their issue.

Just at the gym. Haven't done a QD in a couple of days. Will probably do a WW tonight.

Can't remember the last time I used a QD on the car. I say this because the WW does the same thing and the ratio is stronger, therefore a bit safer

Took my brave pills and did a WG Uber waterless wash after a week's worth of daily driving. Topped with WG Sealant Spritz.

Not many of these cars left....gotta keep it clean for when I have kids...

I found more damage on my wife's "fixed" G8. This is after I found one whole side of the console lying in the floorboard this week after the dealership worked on the airbag module.

Right before we headed into a Classic Car Show...look at the dirty door of this Lambo too

I wouldn't trust a dealership with someone else's car, let alone my own. I'd insist on a reputable body shop of my choice as I always do with insurance claims.

Sometimes it might cost more than what the insurance is willing to pay so I pay the difference (usually they are splitting hairs over a few $100's).

Just my $0.02 cents.

Hope it gets fixed soon.
