Do they use a different rating system over there? Our minimum is 91 octane, middle is 95, and premium is 98. You can also get E10 that is rated at 94. My FJ recommends running on 95.

It looks like you may use Research Octane. We use an average of Research and Motor Octane.

The Blue Rocket is home for a little while, on the tender for the night. I love the contrast between the Race Red Mustang and the Sensation Blue Falcon.

Staying clean and dry in the garage.

Okay, so my daughter loves her little CR-V and it's a clean ride for sure. But the NEW one that parked next to us at lunch looks sharp. LOVE the color and trim. Looks like a similar red to the wife's Mazda. I want those wheels as a set of pull-offs for her 2010 now! Off to find them......

Quick Photoshop of them on hers

A night on the battery tender, a drive, a quick wash and returned to slumber.

After last night’s RW using Uber SIO2 and DoDo Juice Red Mist QD!

I love taking the Mustang to work on a nice sunny day, although it does make me want the day to finish more quickly than normal so I can hit that starter button again. She always gets plenty of comments sitting in the car park from the customers as well.

I did not get a chance to view the gloss after it had "cured" as it was detailed, returned to storage and covered.

More pics? You ask, you shall receive! :xyxthumbs:

Delivery day, way back in June 2008. Brand new, factory ordered to my spec.

At my cousins wedding, the white Holden was letting the side down. The 2010 red Falcon GT I also got to drive and has the same engine as my red Falcon. :D

On a road trip to Mt.Panorama Bathurst. The Bathurst track is a public road for most of the year so can be driven on, with a 60 kph / 40 mph speed limit which I tried to keep to.

After the steep climb, the mountain then plunges just as steep.

Road tripping through the Victoria high country.

Posing with a long lost brother, the original Falcon from the 60's.

Some more that I like.

And posing with its siblings -

I have some pictures of my Commodores on the mountain as well. It's just something you have to do if you love your Fords or Holdens. Last time I was there I walked the circuit, it really lets you feel the elevation change. The satnav in my last car even showed the names of all the corners and straights, I have a picture somewhere showing Conrod Straight on the screen.

The chase is my favorite part of the track. It's a really fun sequence of turns, even at the "speed limit". :D

There are sections of the track that can't even be taken at the speed limit. I worked with a guy whose one and only speed ticket was on Conrod Straight, in an Austin A40. Had it framed on the wall of his garage.
