Review: CG All Clean+ Citrus Based APC

Just letting the cold front pass through, was like 30mph gusting northern wind when I did this.

Thanks for the review. Looking forward to the interior portion. It is suppose to be in the upper 70's by Sunday.

I got the dilution bottle from the Dollar General believe it or not, great bottles for $1 a piece. The sprayer on them suck though so have extras handy.

Sweet. I'll have to check there. Thanks!

Yes i know, I can't waittttt. I dislike the cold unless its actually snowing, but that happens like once every 10 yrs in south TX

very nice write up thanx for the info

Thanks, and your very welcome! :xyxthumbs:

Thanks for the review.

Welcome, happy to help :)

Colinpd137 thank you for a very thoughtful professional review.

Your very welcome, & thank you :dblthumb2:

No worries, there sometimes hard to find in the store just look in the cleaning section i would assume. Inspect each bottle because sometimes there are ones with cracks. :xyxthumbs:

I don't detail a ton of cars, so for the exterior(paint, wheels, tires, plastic, etc..), P21S TAW it is for me! :dblthumb2:

I agree with P21S TAW for paint. I only use the caustic stuff on tires now. I picked up 5 gallons of APC+ for about the price of 3 gallons of Zep Citrus if I recall correctly. I'll probably pick up a bottle of CG all clean+ as well but cheaper.

How long will 5 gallons last you?

Thanks for the info collin
I might give that product a try as I do like CG products

UPDATE: Interior usage, diluted 20/1 and used on a very... very filthy interior on customers car (running board & dash) Ill say i'm somewhat impressed with this stuff. Here's the pics!

I did try it out on leather, from my experience it does better on plastic/trim panels. Seems to dry the leather out.

Very nice. I have a bottle of AC+ on the way.

Dumb question i know, but how did you dilute 20/1 without the line on the bottle (since I know we have the same bottles)? Just pour halfway to the 10/1 line?

Thank you for the review, and updating us with your findings.

Do you know if it contains alkaline salts?

I'm not sure of the chemical makeup, I could message CG and find out the contents possibly?

Colin,

Nice job on the review and photos. I like to see all purpose cleaners dissolving tire bloom initially without scrubbing...

I also like the dilution photos. It really shows how little is needed for tougher jobs which points to its economy..
