the most i paid wad 95. for the pinnacle sov.but onside note i have been using 845 on my wifes sho ridiculous beading after 6 months of summer and winter. i rewaxed it 2 weekends ago .

tack on to what I said about imo 69.99 being my price cap and after that differences are negligible at best
splurging and buying a 100-300 dollar wax is one's decision, however buying a wax that's over 300, only a fool. my opinion but lets get real here lol
Don't call me a fool.
first off I didn't call you a fool, you misunderstood / took that post wrong

My interest has really been piqued now!!

@ SON1C:

-If I may be so bold to ask:

If it wasn't AGO forum member Andr3wilson that you were calling
a fool for buying car-waxes costing over $300.00...

Then: Who was it?

NOTE:
Thanks for the message, SON1C regarding my sig...Appreciate it!!

I guess I should've made myself clear when I said Meg's products get crushed by a lot of others out there, I'm referring to LSP's, sorry guys. Wonder why Meg's doesn't have a product like crystal seal for instance?

Once again, for the record, I will say that Meg's Ultimate Compound is a great product and if I didn't have so many LSP's alreay I might try their Ultimate Wax too, wonder how that product is.....anyone?

My most expensive wax is Fuzion, I have the mini and the full. Given that I technically didn't pay for either of them, I would say $200 would likely be my limit right now if I was to purchase a boutique wax.

I've used Ultimate Wax before. It's not bad, but I wouldn't call it great either. I much prefer my WGDGPS over it. UW gave the paint on my truck a very hard candy like coating, like someone poured a hard clear coating over it. I had a little trouble removing it, but that could have been because I applied it too thick. Didn't have it on long enough to tell durability.

If you want to try it then by all means go ahead, but I wouldn't buy it again. For OTC, it is good though. I have some pics I can PM you if you want.

I call my wife a fool all the time.

She would always smiled back and pointing at the couch.

I really like the Ultimate Wax to be honest. Its a great OTC wax that delivers nice looks.

Ours is a brown suede. I nicknamed it Tonto. You know, switching to Lone Ranger mode for said evening and all.

I thought "The Lone Ranger" always rode his horse 'Silver'...
Not Jay Silverheels!!!

I've noticed a few people in here like SV stuff. I'm curious how Zuffenhausen compares to Zymol Glasur as both are Porsche specific waxes.

SV Glacier is also another one that I'm interested in as my gf's car and my car are both white. Better to get 1 wax for both of our cars then getting a wax specific for my brand and one for her brand of cars.

Porsche has a specific wax, hmmm, reminds me of how some Ford cars say they recommend BP fuels or how MINI says to use Castrol oil in their cars, interesting.

I would like to see this gloss detecting machine, any pics? Also, how is it calibrated?

I would use Polish Angel Signature Waxes... Amazing top quality.
Or If I go crazy one day I would choose Swissvax

Remember that time we all agreed which wax looked the best and lasted the longest? Oh wait, nevermind...
