UPDATE! So today I got a call from Nick and we had a great talk! AG Customer Service is top notch and I am pleased to say that I am staying with AG! Thank you guys for acting on this so swiftly!

Ander I am currently in the same boat as you. I placed an order w/ AG last thursday (the 31st). Typcially I allow a business day to process stuff, but I noticed come monday that I hadn't recieved any confermation on my order (shipping wise). I had intentions of calling this afternoon about this, but details dragged past their hours. Well low and behold this evening when I get home, I have an email and a message on my home phone "kindly" telling me that my guzzler hd's are on backorder and they are holding my ENTIRE ORDER for the towels.

This is the SECOND consecutive order I've placed w/ AG and had issues with notifications and shipping problems. I've been ordering all of my business products from AG, but it looks like this will be changing soon. I was looking forward to having this order for this weekend, but it doesn't look like this will happen. Going to call tomorrow and see what the heck is going on with these guys.

Be patient with them. They have recently had some of their main shipping department go on vacation. This may cause a back log or confusions with orders. I would call Nick directly. He did an amazing job and rectified my situation.

Why can't they just ship the rest of the order, and the towels later when they arrive?

I've been in that situation two times before, even if it's their error, they just don't wnat to do multiple shipments! when they forget something on an order, they tell me they will cancel the item or ship it with my next order! lol

Andr, I understand the people being out, but I am still a customer who's business relies upon them operating in a timely fashion. 3 business day's is not timely IMO.

About to call them in a sec soon as they open up, missed them yesterday evening.
