Ander I am currently in the same boat as you. I placed an order w/ AG last thursday (the 31st). Typcially I allow a business day to process stuff, but I noticed come monday that I hadn't recieved any confermation on my order (shipping wise). I had intentions of calling this afternoon about this, but details dragged past their hours. Well low and behold this evening when I get home, I have an email and a message on my home phone "kindly" telling me that my guzzler hd's are on backorder and they are holding my ENTIRE ORDER for the towels.
This is the SECOND consecutive order I've placed w/ AG and had issues with notifications and shipping problems. I've been ordering all of my business products from AG, but it looks like this will be changing soon. I was looking forward to having this order for this weekend, but it doesn't look like this will happen. Going to call tomorrow and see what the heck is going on with these guys.
