I too am currently using 22ple on my car :D i got it because of the ease of use, and boy is that true! Cant wait to take some pictures tomorrow after is all dried up and ready for the outside!

Btw i too live in Illinois lol Mount Prospect to be more exact :)

Anyone can do this with the right tools, products, technique, time, and patience! DA machines make machine polishing so easy now, that with a bit of practice, you'll get professional results every time!
 
6 Month Update

6 Month Update

The coating has been applied for a little over 6 months now and is showing absolutely no signs of degradation.

Beading and sheeting are great - have not diminished at all IMO. Gloss is still outstanding. The car has even received compliments from strangers in the parking lot on more than one occasion... and it's not like it is a real attention grabber! The awesome shine and appearance just set it apart from other common SUVs in the lot.

I snapped this quick iPhone (iPhone 5 camera) picture tonight to show the awesome hydrophobic properties of these coatings. Enjoy :dblthumb2:

*Let it be noted that the car was quite dirty (hasn't been washed in 2 weeks) and still beaded this well!
