OK, I've got the wife's old Pathfinder looking pretty good after her accident. It's been repainted (all but the roof, which is still original).
I buffed it out using a Flex 4301 and Menzerna SIP(1500), followed by Menzerna SF4500. I then put a layer of WGDGPS 3.0 on top of it.
Since we're having a sale today, do I top it with a nuba wax? Or just use the sealant? If wax, which one?
This is a daily driver. We've owned it since it was new (1989). It's garaged at night and on the weekends, but sits in the sun all day when she goes to work.
We're in GIlbert (Phoenix suburb), so summer sun is brutal. I stopped using wax on the cars long ago in favor of Liquid Glass. But, I'm not going to put Liquid Glass on anything ever again. Just a little worried about how the waxes will stand up to the desert sun.
Thanks again for all of the information on this forum.
