Like someone mentioned earlier in the thread, I am also a very calculated driver. Every other driver's decision affects the decisions that I make. I drive a car that stands out like a sore thumb and you can see me coming from a mile away so get out of my way lol.
These are the things that really grind my gears:
1. When people drive side by side 5 mph under the speed limit with no way to pass.
2. When people brake check. (Most of these drivers don't realize that while the tailgating driver may get a ticket for following to close, Insurance companies will find the brake checking driver at fault as they are the one that caused the accident)
3. When slower drivers ride the left lane. (The left lane is a passing lane use it that way!)
Personally I think that the driving tests need to be more strict. I do however think that there need to be different levels of testing. If someone has more advance driving skills and can handle higher speeds they should be allowed to.
Thats my two cents.
Not if there is something in the road, litter, animal..that may blow/run away. The accident wouldn't have happened if following driver wasn't violating a law in their actions.
