    Energy drinks...what's your favorite?

I like NO-Xplode in the mornings prior to working out at the gym (4:30 am). Then about 2:00 or 3:00 in the afternoon, I like the 5 hour energy drink.

    Applying Waxes?

I have taken an old "soft solid" deod. applicator, cleaned it very well, and filled it with #16. Then just roll it on your pad. There was no need to melt the wax, just scoop it out with a putty knife and slowly fill the applicator. This works very well.

    XMT 360 Usage??

I've used 360 on 3 vehicles so far. The last one was yesterday, 2005 Impala, silver. Worked oustandingly well. I do, however, finish off with a microfiber towel placed between the yellow megs pad and the paint, pc on 5. 360 Rocks!!!

    57 Chevy Bel Air Detail

Very nice, I love the '57 Chevy. 4 doors seem to be gaining some ground on the 2 doors. Great job!!!

    Craziest thing you have detailed

Not that crazy, but OCD to say the least. I work for the federal government and checked out a 3/4 ton van to use for a business trip (had to haul a bunch of stuff). Going to be gone for 1 week, but I checked it out 2 days early to fully detail. Used XMT 360 for the first time. It made the 5...

    1934 Ford Cabriolet

I've done some fairly interesting details from Jr. Dragsters, to street rods and street machines. This '34 was a real gem. It was purchased by a friend just a couple of months ago. It had been restored in the mid 80's to original condition. It has laquer paint that is super soft. I was amazed at...

    Random Car Shots Thread!

OK, I'll play!!! Here's some shots of a couple of cars from my family. My '69 Z/28 Camaro and my Dad's 57 Chevy Belair. These cars have been on the road for a while. The '57 went on the Hot Rod Power Tour in 2000, and the Z/28 has been on the road for 8 years. It has a 4:11 read gear so it stays...

    "The Wax Shop"

We've had Wax Shop Glaze in Texas for many many years. Like was said earlier, it imparts a nice shine shine, fills in fine scratches and swirls but doesn't last very long. I've seen it used at the race track (drag strip) quite a bit on race cars that don't see a lot of outside elements, just...

    Megs #7

Former, I have used #7 for many years and love it. However it must be used correctly to gain any enhancements. I use it on my toys (garaged, driven in good weather, etc) after pc'ing to remove all micro-marring. In this usage it will both feed the paint the oils it needs for that wet look...

I got it, and couldn't agree more. My wife and I both are graduates of Texas A&M and my #1 son is currently a sophomore there.
