Several posters have mentioned marring. Do all clays mar some? Which do not mar at all? I'm very new at this and it's clear I need to be careful about what clay to use.

I got one too and plan to use it as a base for my buffing bonnets.

I called Lake Country and spoke to a tech about this and he suggested the 5" flexable backing plate with the 6.5" pads. That's the same advise given by Autogeek.

Those swirls don't look bad at all. You might be able to get away with starting with #1, skipping #2. Do a small section to test it out first. If it works, you've saved some paint and time. Good luck.

So, the 12 hour curing time between applications of Klasse SG is clearly after WOWO, right? Should you also wait 8-12 hours in between applying Klasse AIO and SG? If using a PC to apply SG, can you use a mf bonnett to Wipe Off or do you work it in with the PC like you do AIO?

Hey Ron, I had a response from someone from Highland (Dutchess Co.) and I told him I lived near there in the past (Dover Plains). I also lived in Northport on LI for about 5 years too. Nice place to live and work. That was 20 years ago though.
