Great write up Mike, Thanks. I have been putting what you taught and what I have learned here to good use, but this heat in Central Florida is killing me. Product dries way to fast and act's differently. I look forward to the day I can build the garage and wash bay.

I tend to add a little ONR to my wash bucket and it helps add the lubrication you need (squeeks) as well as will aid in drying at the end. A cap full or two will make a huge difference. Drying with a QD or Aquawax and a Guzzler towel. Once you have a good base coat of wax, the ONR will make it...

You will be fine as everyone said. If your concerned give it an extra day before you roll them down. Also as for the cleaner, nothing with Ammonia in it.

I have tried many things to get rid of the wet dog smell from two huskys in my back seat (dogs, not dates) and recently tried Duragloss Absorb-It Odor Eliminator #371 . I will tell you it has knocked out the odor and remained. It truly has eliminated the wet dog smell.

No reason to waste your wax. You'll love the finish, but the sealant takes getting used too. Do it, leave it, love it. Very low maintenance and the wax will not really add anything to the experience. I agree, no reason to use the Wax. Saturday I am going to try an experiment and see what happens if I apply it over another panel coated.

Honestly It was not my goal. He thought he was doing the right thing and used the way instead of the QD. It was just a really weird situation. I might do a test this weekend on my car and see what happens. Could it be a bad interaction between the products?
