The first picture looks like some kind of etching to me, at least it looks similar yet smaller to what I had on my car. Is there any cracks under the clear? If so, insurance should cover that under comprehensive.

So, I found numerous of these tiny bubbles on my car today after washing it. I tried to take them out with clay and polish but no luck. Are these clearcoat failure or just water spot that compound would take out? Any suggestions on fixing it? Feed back please
