Hi Mike I got a call from a customer who had there bike parked near a construction site. They got over spray all over the seat (leather) tank and fenders. I need to know is it ok to remove the overspray with the speedys prep towle on flat black paint, if not what should I use.

Dont sit or touch another mans bike. Especially if he has a leather vest on that says MC or 1%er. They can get a little touchy about stuff like that.

Thanks like all detail work just need alot of pateince. As i was doing the bike i couldnt beleave it. I was almost going fo pass on the job. Because getting the paint off is one thing, getfing it off with out scratching or damaging something was a great challenge.

Pressure wash did the trick, on 80% of the bike, what didn't come off on the chrome I used 4OT steel wool with mineral spirits, there was some on the paint I clayed that off. As soon as I down load the pics I took on the computer Ill put them up. You can see the pics on my Face book page...

that"s the first thing Ill do is give it a good pressure wash and go from there.

Iv"e dealt with this on paint before many time's always clay barred, there's no way you can clay bar with in the finns of v twin engine. Mineral spirits sounds good. I can use some likes on my face book page check it out search JD Custom Detail Inc. Let me know what you think.

I just got a call from a guy who"s girl friend for what ever reason through paint on Harley Davidson v twin engine a chrome pipes. From what I was told none went on the seat. The paint is water er based. Any tips will be very Help full thanks.
