Quick question. Theres an overcast...but the weekend is the only time I have to polish. It is about 10-15C and the humidity is 94%. From experience is it worth trying out SIP and 106FF today, or should I wait it off for another weekend?
Thank you.
Never give up! :) I have not used OP before but apparently there is some good working time with the pc. When you spread the polish you are able to see it..and then when your done working, it should be fairly translucent. If this is what you have done, try out the orange pad.
Are you also...
Try the white pad first I'm not sure how hard the clear coat is ... if you do a pass and the swirls are still there (most of them) probably means your clear is harder. That would require a tougher pad or tougher polish/compound. Remember to work the polish in slowly because you want to do some...
Always start with the least aggressive combo...in this case the white pad. (thats the best advice i have gotten from AG).
Sometimes you can go from orange to LSP...but it depends on many factors..you will have to look at the paint and decide.

So today i was ready to polish my car...after clay get out the white LC and the pc...106ff. Spread the product turn it on and it seems like its not spinning properly. At 3k its decent when i went to 5/6 it was pretty much still...if i applied pressure it was stationary. Thought it was my eyes so...
Hey everyone,
My dad;s friend wants me to clean up the camaro. Its all orginal...i had someone telling me there is no clear coat. Anyone know by chance? I know our 2000 silverado has a hard clear..but this car im unsure.
Thanks
WOW awsome job Nica. Really great turn around from the inside out. Im loving just the 106ff looks like ill need some of the abbrasive polish! What would you compare the powergloss too..only other abbrasive ive used is ssr3? ..
Wicked garage too!!! Keep up the great work! :)
If your using a yellow LC pad..that could be reasons for cloudyness... its a very harsh pad. IF you worked the abbrasive polish in, try ssr1 with a white pad..that will remove anything left for the more abbrasive polish.
