I bought an IBM eServer 9 years ago and except for power outages, it's been running 24/7 for 9+ years. I think the server line is now Lenovo, but if the quality hasn't slipped...they are built like up-armored Humvee's LOL. Mine has hot swappable hard drives and RAID. Overkill for household...
