Maybe instead of a clay treatment, how about a simple once over polish by hand. I know you said no polishing, but a hand polish application can take the same amount of time as to clay by hand, and get as good and better results.

The best way is to blow out the dirt by one, or all, of the following means: - Pressure Wash. - Air Compressor Tool. - Tornador Air Tool. - Steamer. Follow that up with a soft brush as Rsurfer mentioned. Final wipe down with mist of product and a microfiber towel.
