Welcome! My black truck gets DP Poliseal and Max Wax. I usually use ONR to wash it, ONR diluted for a QD (or Megs QD). I use Megs ultimate spray wax for quick touch ups. As others said, washing properly is key. Also drying with a plush microfiber/waffle weave helps. Mine sometimes gets...- vet

Salt or car wash?
I use the coin op when the vehicles get coated with salt and grime, usually the manual bay. Sometimes use the touchless to get the undercar wash. I don't like having a dirty vehicle.- vet

Any one ever hear of waxing by BARE hand?
Back in the day when I was actually building tires, I could have used my hands for dry sanding, which is pretty amazing, considering my fingerprints were almost worn off. I shudder to think how much marring I would have did applying wax with those hands...- vet
