I use Ultima Waterless Wash Plus+ Concentrate as a drying aid. Spray it on as a very light mist and wipe it off with a Megs waffle weave towel As an added benefit it applies a fresh application of synthetic wax applied as well. The improvement in gloss is noticeable.

Yes I used Wolfgang Uber Compound.

In all cases I used Griot's Orange Pads. Using a fresh clean one with every 3 rd pass on a panel.

I recently tried Uber and I found it much faster and easier to use than Megs 105 and Ultimate Compound. Not only that but it finished great. In the future if it is just light swirls, I will first try MEGs 205 on a test spot. If that does not do it I will pull out the Uber.

I recently purchased car pro pearl. It is water based, easier and a lot less messy to apply than Megs Endurance Gel. Pearl lasted 3 weeks through 3 small rain showers before it needed to be re-applid. I applied it undiluted. A little bit goes a long ways.

Ultima Waterless Wash Plus diluted 22 to 1 out performs every quick detailer I tested it against. Also, after washing my car, sheet rinsing, a blow drying the mirrors, door handles, etc., I mist it on the car and use a moist and dry waffle weave towels to give the car the final dry and shine.

Moving Forward, Sorry for the late reply. I am slightly partial to MF over Boar Hair because I can visually see the dirt on the MF that it picked up off the car (hopefully, it seems to be entrapped in the MF). I can then use a bucket and a grit guard to clean the MF as the MF head fits...

I use 4 oz of Megs Gold Class. If fill the gun's plastic container with hot water (not cold water) I get much better foaming.
