I really like Meg Cutting Disc and D300. Works great, easy to use, little dusting, cuts well and finishes great

I would skip clay since you do not have a machine. Use srp then top with something like Collinite 845, Four Star UPP or bilt hamber finis wax

Looks like Bobby answered the questions. I would add since you have OPC mix it 3:1 and pre soak the car to help remove the old wax. After polishing I would use the paint work cleaner and not IPA.

It's not 100% and sure is No miracle. I cleaned my tv applied fk425 to half and checked it in bout a week and you could see a difference. Now the side with 425 had dust but it was noticeably less
