    Project: 1993 Mustang

Youd be surprised at how easy it is once you get the hang of it. Solid colors are the easiest ones to spray. Metallics and pearls is when it gets a little tricky. When it comes to the clear is probably where most freak out. I did mess up alot when i started but now i got the hang of it! :)

Thats how every car looks after i buff it! Pretty cool effect dont you think? :) JK!!! Cool story.... When i worked at a body shop the painter sometimes to finish other things quick, let his son buff the cars. He said this to him, "throw some compound and just spread it with the machine!!!" so...

I agree with Kris here 100%. I myself, always keep my area clean because i just feel comfortable that way. But its my work that reflects who i really am and what i am capable of doing. LC Hydro pads worth it?

They are very much worth if. Ive only used them with the rotary and they produced awesome results. i dont know if they would produce the same results on the DA but i say they are worth it. I bought the regular ones but i will soon be ordering a bunch of the low profile ones. :xyxthumbs:

Looking to buy first rotary.. Need help

+1 on the Makita. I own the makita and it is just great. It isnt heavy and is quiet. Its a really nice machine and well built all around. I say go with the makita, and get the feel of a rotary. practice with it a lot and just get to know how to work it. it isnt like a DA that you can pull out of...

Looking to buy first rotary.. Need help

They correct faster than any DA... with the right combo you can correct a lot faster if you know how to use it. If you correctly know how to use it, you can produce the finish a DA only dreamed of producing. Jeweling with a rotary is just unbeatable. Correct me if im wrong, but im guessing you...

Wetsanding Class at Autogeek - 1971 GTO - The Black Orange

From my experience PPG Clears are really soft and easy to buff a few days later after they are sprayed. Now, when they harden, they are super hard. I hope it has either ppg 2002 or 2021. Some of the best clears out there! :xyxthumbs:
