I was just thinking, I haven't seen BobbyG post in a while, and he hasn't visited the site in August according to his profile. I didn't see a post about getting out of detailing or taking a break or anything worse than that. He always had great posts for the new and veteran members. Did I miss...

I miss my 99 Accord EX V6 every now and then. It was the perfect size, that I felt connected with it, like I was part of it. My Aura doesn't exactly feel that way. Everytime we get an Accord like that at work, I always savor it and do a little extra for it.

I bought a gallon of Hyper Wash from the local Meguiar's rep a couple weeks back. But something seems amiss with it. I've used it before, but this gallon is super runny and doesn't suds very well. Last time I bought some it was thick like syrup; this isn't even as thick as their Deep Crystal...

Germ X works well. A plastic razor blade. Those won't send you to the hospital...hopefully.

I have the same problem on my Aura tips. I've done 0000 steel wool with metal polish and it's still there. It's as if some of the chrome finish is gone.

^^^Nice towels. We use them at work. Surprising some of the best window towels I've ever used.

Instead of paint thinner, you may want to try a more aggressive clay bar. It sounds like you were using an over the counter clay bar, which is a fine clay. You may need to step up to an aggressive clay bar or clay block to get that overspray off.

What about switching your order to hot water then steam?

That was pretty sick. If I would of known about these years ago, I could of saved a lot of money over the years, trying to find a real good headphone.
