They do but you don't see it because it's factored into their hourly rate. Dealers especially factor this in.

Thanks that's the bag. The one I bought from AG is about a third the size of the one that came with the vacuum. I'll stick with the small bag and keep the larger one as backup. I guess I'm wondering if you need to use the large bag with the disposable bags or if they can be used separately.

I have to agree. So far they have had the best customer service I've ever experienced. Not many companies interact with people on forums and give straight answers. They are not afraid to answer someone's discontent with their ordering/product experience. Most companies will ignore posts/threads...
