If the paint was as soft as you say it was why did you use such an aggressive approach? Wool pad, rotary, and 105 that can correct on hard paint. Personally i think that was complete over kill.

What type of results are we looking to get? Keep in mind we can not choose what paint we are gonna be working on either. If half way through a job you get to a repainted panel chances are your pad, machine, product and technique may give you different results unless you change 1 of the 4...

Looking for faster way to remove contamination from the vehicles and was wondering which clay alternative pads are you all using? Any pros and cons for one over another? Also was wondering if it would just be easier to use the CarPro orange peel removal pads? Will be using my GG6 for this...

look at HD. Their Nitro Seal is a 2 part sealant. Car Pro came out with Essences and it is a primer for coatings. Polish Angel and Gyeon both have a dedicated primer for their coatings as well. Looks like this is the way coatings are going.
