    Car Pro Reflect - Awesome!

I actually primed the pad, so maybe that was a no-no, however it wasnt soaked with product by any means. After each section the pad felt like it was dry, so maybe I didnt use enough to mess it up. I used 3 dime sized drops, and my sections were rather large to be honest, the hood above was 4...

    Car Pro Reflect - Awesome!

So after washing my daily driver this weekend I noticed that some sap had etched the paint on the hood! So I had to break out the griots and the ultimate compound to fix her up. Afterwards, since I had all my stuff out, I went ahead and ran a pass of Car Pro Reflect finishing polish over the...

Meguiar's Hot Rims Brake Dust Barrier Review and Testing

Interesting. If you are still using it - next time the dust gathers like that try something for me? Just blast it with a leaf blower dry to see if the dust is just settling there and will blow off easily?

Meguiar's Hot Rims Brake Dust Barrier Review and Testing

No offense, but I use the Armour All product and to my trained eye, it looks like those pockets are areas you either missed when applying it, or brushed something against the wheel removing the product. In my experience the armour all will repel everything on areas where it has been applied...

Armor All Wheel Protectant - Dust Free? Pictures!

I use this on my GS Corvette which has monstrous brakes with crazy dust. Its nothing short of amazing if used properly. Here is a tip sheet. 1.) The wheel must be absolutely clean, with no wax, detailer or any residue on it prior to application. I use window cleaner to clean the wheels after...

Best Tire Gloss? Like new car?

I bought some Meguiars ultimate protectant for my interior but it was way to shiny. I ran out of tire product recently and used it on my Wife's tires as it was just sitting there gathering dust. It had a nice amount of shine for tires, and is holding up really well. I used on my car last wash...

    Chemical guys V7, attracting dust!

I actually feel it protects pretty well for a spray product. The reason I say this, I didnt quite buff off an area very well once, and it left a film behind that was rather difficult to remove, not so different than a wax. But I am also wondering if the solvents in it are hazardous to whatever...

    Chemical guys V7, attracting dust!

I bought a gallon of it to use as a drying aid after being impressed with a bottle I got to try. After I get done with it I am going back to my old time favorite Griots Spray Wax. My reasoning is 1.) For some reason, the beading on my car dissipates rather quickly after using V7 compared to a...

No one forgets their first... Black Audi

If you are looking for more cut but dont want to break the bank on a new polisher try some microfiber pads, they offer a lot more cut than foam IMO.
