I use my flex with a grey pad and nothing more than 106FA and 85RD. Smat polishes don't work on soft paint IMO.

Depending on the paint, 205 can leave marring. It leaves marring on black toyota paint, but looks great on my neighbors black GMC.

Anyone notice a pronounced orange peel with these coatings? I used Nanolex on the roof and opti-coat on the rest. Both made a more orange peel look than before. Maybe I am just loosing my mind!! Children and lack of sleep can do it.

Any yellowing problems yet? I guess you could only tell on white. Kind of like a cheap spray clear coat that will yellow.

This happens to my car all the time. I have a black SUV with soft paint. I do notice more swirls after a IPA wipedown, so I try to avoid a strong combo. Try a wash using a citrus base soap. I come to realize that it will never be perfect with my paint. It does get frustrating though...

IMO all LSP's bead water in the rain no matter what it is, espeacially on horizontal surfaces. Fuzion sheets it off better when you want it to(washing/rinsing).

Fuzion sheets water well. I use nanolex also, but it is a pain to remove. Nanolex is kind of like opt-coat in terms of longevity. You need to wipe nanolex off instead of watching it flash with opt-coat.

FK claims theirs is. Mostly anything that is slick will help. FK works, so does XMT final finish and CG sythetic QD.
