Maybe that's what I'm doing wrong. I'm scrubbing it down before with APC then wiping with IPA before Ultimate Black. But it might be because it's on my rear "diffuser" so it gets dirty quickly with all the rear tires being so close.

I have this problem with my C250 all the time. Best thing to do is make sure you really really dry those things after a wash. But once they are there, I've had success with something like Meguiar's #40 or Natural Shine on a microfiber and just working it into the surface till they're mostly gone.
