I think any product on the windshield, including aquapel, can cause chatter. I'd really clean the windshield as well as possible, clay, IPA, glass polish, window cleaner, etc... everything you can throw at it just to try to get everything off. Don't use a wash that has polymers or wax in it...

Always strange how different people get widely different results from the same products. Makes me wonder if there is manufacturing consistency issues or possibility for products to go bad without any easy way to tell.

I'm hesitant to buy more than one of anything nowadays. I find I'm always getting new products and the old ones rot before I finish them anyway. And if they sell them in smaller sizes, I always get the smaller size even if it's not as good a value. Chances are, I won't finish the smaller size...

If you're looking for the most durable collinite, that should be 476s. However, I think DGPS 3.0 is at least as durable if not more so, than any collinite.

Did you clean the paint bare before you applied Fuzion? Maybe something left behind like polishing oil prevented a good bond. Why don't you tell us your detailing steps for those customers. It would be good if we could all figure out what the problem is so we can avoid it in the future.
