    Edge 200:Wool Pads

Depends on what you need but the black and the green would be a nice couple if you need to polish heavy and have a favourite soft pad of other brand to finish with. If you opt for a medium-soft combination it would be green and white. The Edge might give you some more insight on this and then...

    New car smell

To get the interior smell like new, I treat the plastics with Plexus after cleaning them. If there's something that smells bad I would probably fog but not if I don't need to. Usually people comment my interior services with "smells like new".

    Deox wash

Thanks for the comment bro. Back when I started out we tried to use an alcohol to get the oils out of the paint but when I started to wash off the deoxidizers things really started to move. It was heck of a lot easier to wax or put sealant on. Maybe your stuff is better than what I used to use?

How many of you do your own maintenance??

As I work for a dealer, I pay the youngest mechanic what he wants to do my car. He is really thorough and takes care of my car like I detail it. Any time he needs a favor, he just have to ask. My time is short and since he do his thing so good, I'm grateful.

New Toy got 360 then 180!

Meghan, who cares about that as long as you know detailing? They call me stuff at work for using dr's gloves, but that's the only way to help the hands using all the chemicals we do while detailing. Great result.

    Edge 200:Wool Pads

I use the black, the green and the white Edge pads at work. Brilliant results, the black get to work when the paint is marred.

    Deox wash

Good thought. I also wonder how you can get wax down into the paint when you still have polish residues there? That's the main reason why I use tix degreaser, it's for getting rid of the oils from the polishes.

    Acura Wash and Wax....pic intensive...

Hey man, you have done a really good job. Sometimes it could be better to detail a decent 10-year old car, those paints were a little more toxic but better to polish.

    Cyclo arrived

Thanks man, reason I asked is because I want to get hold on those for the Cyclo at work. Thing is the Swedish distributor won't bring them in but thanks to the forum I got in touch with The Edge and hopefully we will get what we need. I knew it would be a great system, I'm thrilled over Edge...

    Deox wash

Washing off the polishes/abrahisives/deoxidizers after polishing with the rotary. You apply tix degreaser on the car, inside the hood and doors if you have polish there, use sponge and schampo to wash right "over" all polish. After using the high preassure to rinse it off, you dry the car and...

    Deox wash

Friends, when I started polishing 7 years ago my boss said "ONE wash, that's it" when we polished cars. I have memories of trying to remove deox/polish from all kinds of places on the car. Later after going to the internal detailing school, I have been doing deox wash after polishing ever since...
