    Zaktek Paint Sealant?

IMO. I think a nice wash, clay and ipa wipe would remove this so called Zaktek Paint Sealant. You will be fine but I would recommend using a durable protection like a beginner coating Gtechniq C2v3.

    Paint coating? On bare aluminum

By fully protect I mean it will not stop oxidation or chemical etching. The issue is that coatings are not thick enough to seal off all the pours, therefor oxidation and chemical etching can happen. Heavy chemicals like wheel acid, stong apc's and tire cleaners will stain.

    Paint coating? On bare aluminum

There is no coating on the market that will full protect bare aluminum! Alumiclear is a clear coat that can be used. It will fully protect from oxidation and staining from heavy chemicals. Again there is no coating on the market other than a clear coat that will protect aluminum completely!

How to communicate about windscreen waterspot removal to your customer?

IMO I would try to remove them with a chemical like Spotless from Carpro or Crystal Clear 550 from Winsol before polishing them off. Glass can be marred by abrading it. The compound might not polish out scratches but it can scratch.

looking to get my first rotary

The dewalt is a little to powerful for me, I would go with the makita or the flex. IMO, and yes they can all run the smaller pads. It is just that the dewalt has a hair trigger and the other machines have a softer start.

    Polishing/cutting aluminum to remove scratches

I do a lot of metal polishing and what I think happened is you didn't need to do a cross hatch sanding for one and you didn't fully remove the lower grade sand scratches as you progressed up. What I do is usually by machine with an interface pad always and inspect before moving on. After...

Caring for modern single stage paint

I really think you would be best to do a coating. Gtechniq c1 and exo would be good. This gives you a good clear coating to help from it oxidizing again and it will last. The problem with wax and sealants is they can't fill all the pores like a multiple coat coating.
