I use a gallon dispensing pump and the little 8oz bottles. Works great. Then again, I'm a big fan of the pumps on all my gallon stuff. Keeps everything tidy.

Nah, that's not the case at all. I use 205 with many different LC pads. Works pretty well as a one step with Orange/Cyan pads on lighter colored cars on down to a true finishing polish with Black flat pads. It's a great product. Don't be afraid to experiment with it a little.

Soak them with ARO/Power Clean undiluted, whichever I've got the most of at that point in time. On cars/trucks with enough clearance I break out the Sam's Club microfibers. $10 for a bag of 20 or 25. Everything else, especially cars that sit quite low like mine, I've got a Daytona brush...

Normally 3 gallons in each bucket, so 6 total. The buckets I use now are tapered in such a way that Grit Guards sit pretty high, significantly higher than the buckets AG sells, so 3 gallons is pretty much required. With P21S Gel I don't. With ARO I do.

You should always clay before compounding/polishing or applying any type of wax or sealant, even a product that contains a chemical cleaner like Klasse AIO.

I've used both. Flat pads without a doubt. Only time I ever break into my CCS pad's drawer is when I've ran out of flat pads and don't have time to use the pad washer. In other words, never.

My Mustang has a similar character line and I've never felt the need to. Use good judgement. I wouldn't hit it with M105 on wool for example, but if you're using a DA looking for medium-light cut you really shouldn't have any issues.

Good choice. I love my 3401. Mike is absolutely right about holding the pad flat against the surface. You may want to look into getting a side grip handle. I found it much more comfortable than the bale-style. Pretty sure AG has one for like $10.

Used it on a Dodge Magnum Friday afternoon after a 1 step. Having used BFWD before, I'd say they were about the same in terms of application via machine (my original model 7424, aka The Old Man). Power Lock seems to come off a bit easier, if that's possible considering BFWD almost falls off on...
