Think about how hard it would be to test 48 waxes! All the diffrent recomended prep! Every wax manufature has different wax prep instructions. In order to do it right you would have to find 48 perfectly matching panels. Then you would have to buy all of the recom. pre-wax products for each wax...

This is a very true statement, thank you Toto. I would rather tape than painstakingly wipe off all products from crevices.

Yea, I have gotten alot of guff from my GF for buying a blower. She says, " Mike bought a hair dryer for his car!?" Once I tell people why I use it, the ones that wash their cars understand. And used a blade on my old truck. Everytime I used I was very afraid. Now I blow all excess water off...

I love the trigger, one spray per window and I am golden. Very cost effective, spray on the towel and no wasted product.

Zaino is no match for FP, to tell you the truth, many sealants will not be stripped with a dawn wash too. Zaino site has alot of application info also. First Post, welcome to AG!!

I wash everything that is going to touch my vehicle. Before it touches my vehicle. Simple rule that might save you grief in the long run.

Find someone who has used the megs sealant W/ Souveran. Or, give it a try yourself. If it doesnt work, try Wolfgang. Most nubas will bond with any sealant. But, I havent used Megs#21. And it sounds like no one that has posted so far has eather. (well, maybe mshu 7, sorry did not see his post)...

Wow! That is suprising I think they blow the LC white pads out of the water. Each man to his own...

The white pads are for polish, and the orange are light cut. I love these pads!! They are extreamly easy to control! They spin faster then the 6.5, due to their size. Give them a try, you will not be dissapointed.

Thanks for the expert info AL. Two questions, do you use this method with all menz products, or just SIP? Do you use speed 5 to slow down the breakdown process? I am going to use the FP this week, and this sounds like a great plan. So far all I have used is the XMT line. Thanks in advance, Mike

U got it four star, and souveran paste is a great combo. It is expensive, but it should last you a long time.

Using Wolfgang, Fourstar, or DG105. looks awesome on my metallic black car. You cannot go wrong with topping most of the sealants offered from AG. Many of them recommend using a wax to increase the wetness.
